| Following the success of the Perugino exhibition in 2004, this great event was organized
to celebrate the 550th anniversary of the birth of one of the most important artists of the Italian Renaissance
and a symbol of the city of Perugia. The exhibition is held in the renowned Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria. A second
part is held in Spello, in the Collegiata di S. Maria Maggiore in the famous “Cappella Bella” that houses the prestigious
series of frescoes masterpiece of the Perugino. |

| The Veneto Jazz festival has reached its 20th edition, this year it gives tribute
to an exhibition to Chat Baker who was a guest in 1988 at Castelfranco Veneto. The event which is usually held
in open air theatres anywhere in the Veneto region, presents a rich calendar of events, with guests at an International
level who will be presented in at least thirty different towns. Concerts, as well as informative workshops and
the inauguration of the new Venice Festival, make this edition a musical trip on the discovery of the Region. |

| On the footprints of those who marked the Street of Faith: Cammina Cammina rediscovers the fascination of the ancient
path of the Via Francigena which from Fidenza brings you to Lucca. New signs, new points of refreshments and overnight
hospitality presents again an ancient route to teach a new form of ecological tourism. From August 1st to the 10th
and from September 25th to October 4th its possible to retrace the itinerary of the once pilgrims which was a total
of 210 km of nature, art and gastronomy. For those who wish to go further you can continue to Altopascio and stop
at the remote “hospitale” build by the Order of the Knights of Tau in the 12th century. |

| This Festival of Sacred Music, unique in the world, takes place in the Autumn in the
Papal Basilicas of Rome. The Orchestra-in-Residence is the Vienna Philharmonic. The purpose of the event is to
increase the public's awareness of the institutional activities of the Fondazione Pro Musica e Arte Sacra which
raises funds for the restoration of religious artifacts and buildings. The "Festival Internazionale di Musica

| The Galleria Palatina in Palazzo Pitti hosts a great exhibition that shows the interconnection
between the artistic impact and the business relationship between the Netherlands and the Italian regions in the
XV century. The exhibition details the changes in painting brought about by the introduction of oil - as the binding
element in colors – in the Nordic countries and the way in which this new approach was quickly embraced by Italian
artisans’ workshops. The works on display were commissioned or purchased in Florence between 1430 and 1530 and
underline the importance of the work and creativity of Flemish artist Jan Van Heyck and his school: they certainly
moved and attracted the interest of well-to-do Florentines, which translated in an innovative push felt and adopted
by Italian artists. |

| Seduction is this year’s argument carrying the lyrical season in Macerata. The selection
of this theme brings to a natural conclusion the fascinating triptych devised by Pier Luigi Pizzi and establishes
a strong link with last year’s edition dedicated to “Power Games”. The University of Macerata will contribute to
the event with lectures and conferences. The Opera Festival, is mainly accommodated in the magnificent theatrical
structure of the Sferisterio, sole in its architectural type. Planned in 1823 by the architect Ireneo Aleandri,
where his name and his plan has segment as a circle of the original destined game of “ball with a bracelet”. |

| The Fondazione Roma and Artemisia put together this interesting exhibit to pay homage
to the artistic contribution and invaluable influence of the Roman masters in the European Renaissance. The exhibition
is divided in five sections: the city; the social and religious life; Rome, holder of antiquities; The Rome of
the Popes; The great artists. The event is organized through loans from Berlin, London and Dusseldorf. There are
170 art works on display by great masters such as Mantegna, Perugino, Pier Della Francesca, Pinturicchio, Donatello,
Michelangelo, Filippo Lippi, Gentile da Fabriano and Beato Angelico. |

| This exhibition will be held at the Galleria degli Uffizi in Florence will aim to
focus on the legacy left by Giotto's artistic influences. Giotto had been acknowledged, by his contemporaries,
for his pivotal role in the evolution of painting and pictorial vision of the time. Giotto died in 1336 and art
critics considered the period following his death as devoid of any vitality and negatively marked by the terrible
plague of 1438. New and recent interpretations have changed this assumption, and have reconsidered the works of
other artists from the early 1400s, as well as Florentine art around 1370. This exhibit aims to document the artistic
developments of a period lesser known to the public. |

| The Opera Festival is presented again to the public with a full and rich calendar,
with both classic and modern operas, passing through four prestigious and famous locations in Tuscany. From the

At the Colosseum the bas-reliefs, bronzes, coins, sculptures and paintings are on
display aiming to get the concept of
Roman victories across to the public by telling us about the ceremonies and festivities surrounding the historic
big battles. The first section of the exhibition relates to victories and their development, from the Etruscan
to the Hellenistic worlds; the second section shows images of illustrious victors and the illustrious defeated
- among which Caesar, Pompeius and Octavian - and reproduces battle scenes. The last section is devoted to conquered
peoples: the Greeks, the Judeans, the Dacians and the Barbarians. |

in the last few decades. Espana 1957-2007 commenced in 1957 with the constitution of the El Paso group who, in

| The Collodi Park is entirely dedicated to the little wooden puppet who so wished to
be a little boy and all the wonderful characters of Collodi s classic fairy tale. The town of Collodi in Tuscany
is the birthplace of Carlo Collodi, the literary creator of the world s favorite wooden puppet. Born Lorenzetti,
the writer paid tribute to its hometown by adopting Collodi as his last name. The park includes a workshop where
one can follow the creation of a puppet from beginning to end, as well as shows, exhibits and entertainment. Picnic
areas are available throughout the park as well as the Osteria al Gambero Rosso. The park which centers around
the Italian Pinocchio imagery and not the Disneyesque version of the character is a fun activity for fans of the
puppet, big and small alike and a pleasant way to spend a few hours wondering in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. |

| Arte Sella is an international biennial exhibition of contemporary art which began
life in 1986. It takes places in the open, in the fields and woods of the Val di Sella valley (near Borgo Valsugana
in the Province of Trento). Since 1996 the Arte Sella project has been laid out along a path in the woods on the
southern slope of the Armentera mountain. The route, named ARTENATURA ( Art in Nature ) is designed to enable visitors
to view the artworks and at the same time enjoy the natural site itself (with its different types of woods, rocks
and trees &) In the last few years Arte Sella has expanded to include the nearby rustic Malga Costa. This unusual
but attractive building has served as the backdrop for various exhibitions and events which have attracted considerable
interest. In 2001 near the Malga Costa the artist Giuliano Mauri built the massive Tree Cathedral artwork for Arte
Sella. |
